Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days to our store for store credit. You must have your receipt to receive a refund as original payment method (credit or cash), otherwise you will receive store credit.
If buying online, all returns must be received within 30 days from the order date.
- Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. Please email (email@example.com) or message us.
- Merchandise may be returned to the store within 30 days from the order date. Credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product, not for any shipping and handling charges. Customer pays for return and exchange shipping.
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered items may be returned as long as the original tags are attached.
- Items cannot be returned appearing worn, with makeup or deodorant stains, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, with animal hair, damaged, tags not attached, or received beyond 30 days from the order date or that are Final Sale Items (ei. clearance, seasonal merchandise, custom work or artwork).
- Undergarments, such as bralettes are final sale.
- Shoes must be returned in the original box and shipped back in a protective shipping box.
- ALL ARTWORK is final sale.
- If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
- To start a return, you will need the email address associated with your order to begin!
- *Gift Cards are not applicable for refund or exchange.
How do I return my merchandise?
We offer a simple option to send back your return merchandise! Follow our easy steps for a hassle-free return.
- Please review our return policy to be sure your return meets our requirements. Returns that do not meet requirements will not be accepted and additional postage will be paid to have them returned to you.
- Place unwanted merchandise in a shipping safe box or envelope with original invoice included.

When will my return be processed?
We typically process all returns within 5-7 business days. Once processed, you will receive an email showing it has been completed and your credit is available for use! We appreciate your patience. Please record your tracking information to check when your unwanted item arrives back to our facilities.
We will send a confirmation email when your store credit is available.

Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Yes! We have two options you can take to exchange your item for a new size.
Our inventory moves quickly, so we recommend purchasing the new size now. Return the original size to us within 30 days of ordering for a refund.
- Return the unwanted size to us, note the exchange on your invoice, and we’ll ship the new one. A credit will be issued if the item has sold out.
Please be aware that sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We are making room for new items in the boutique!
How do I exchange my purchase for a completely different item?
If you’d like to exchange your purchase for an entirely different item, please send your item(s) back to us. We will then issue store credit to you, making it easy for you to purchase your desired item.
